A man wih an outstanding ability as a visionary and an inspired social reformer, Dr. Udit Raj bespoke boldly on the cause of the Dalits at the United Nations Conference in Durban in 2001, which awakened politicians and human rights activists in the country to the dire need of the Dalit community for social emancipation.
Dr. Udit Raj in his pursuit to promote the cause of dalit empowerment and progress has set up schools and vocational centres, and continues to fight against the ugly face of social injustice.
